Treatment Philosophy

We are an advocate of minimally invasive dentistry, which is the principle of preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible when treating all dental problems. We do our best to find the most conservative and long lasting solutions. In order to achieve our goal we rely on early detection, conservative restorations and appropriate treatments for teeth, gums, muscles and joints.

Early detection with advanced technology like digital X-rays, and Diagnodent, allow us to identify signs of tooth decay in its early stages. Early detection allows for smaller, longer lasting restorations.

When dealing with larger cavities and worn teeth we use modern bonding techniques to allow for far less removal of healthy tooth structure. All porcelain crowns, Onlays, Inlays, veneers take the place of traditional crowns that require the removal of significant amounts of tooth structure.

Dental implants to replace missing teeth is another example of minimally invasive dentistry. Having an implant placed will eliminate the need to grind down perfectly healthy teeth in order to support a bridge.

Traditionally surgery is used to achieve gum health, with minimally invasive laser therapy different wavelengths is used to treat gum disease. Laser gum treatment is focused on returning the gums to pre-disease healthy contours.

We apply Neuromuscular dentistry and the use state-of-the-art electronic instrumentation and non-invasive corrective treatments to eliminate the pain and other TMJ symptoms.

Following thorough examinations we find out the most non-invasive and long lasting solution that modern dentistry has to offer for our patients dental health problems.
